By accessing or using annfit-coach.com (the "Site") or purchasing a coaching program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Coach Annfit provides online fitness and nutrition coaching, including personalized training plans, meal guidance, and check-in support, delivered digitally (via message, video call, and written plans).

2. Not Medical Advice

Coach Annfit is a fitness coach, not a physician, registered dietitian, or medical professional. Nothing provided through the Site or coaching program constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition, injury, or are pregnant.

3. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By enrolling in a program, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and confirm that you are physically able to participate.

4. Payment

Programs are paid in full, one time, via PayPal, for the selected duration (1, 3, or 6 months). Prices are listed in USD on the Site at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Account Conduct

If you sign in with Google to leave a review or vote, you agree to submit honest, respectful content. We reserve the right to remove any review or vote we determine to be false, abusive, spam, or otherwise inappropriate, without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All training plans, written content, and materials provided as part of a coaching program are for your personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Annfit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or participation in a coaching program.

9. Changes to Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify our services at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
